Before Returning or Exchanging
We recommend contacting our Customer Service team first at contato@uclano.com.br before sending back any product, so we can provide the correct instructions.
Return Policy
Order Cancellation
If you made a purchase at www.uclano.com.br and are not satisfied, you may request cancellation via email at contato@uclano.com.br.
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may request cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product. This reflection period aims to protect the consumer from aggressive sales practices and the lack of physical contact with the product.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not mean product testing. The item must be returned:
- In its original packaging
- With all manuals included
- With the purchase receipt
- Without any signs of use
Products outside these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. A return label will be provided by our support team for download and printing.
Refunds
Credit Card: Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our Distribution Center.
Note: Any cancellation request must be communicated to our Customer Service before sending the product.
Exchange Policy
For clothing and footwear: exchanges are not made due to incorrect size, color, or model. Size charts in centimeters are available to ensure the right choice. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products.
Defective Products
All Uclano products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to request evaluation:
- Contact us at contato@uclano.com.br
- Return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase
- Include a written description of the defect and how the product was used
A return label will be sent to the customer for download and printing.
Defect Analysis
Defect evaluation is conducted by our suppliers. Average response time: 15 business days after receiving the product.
If approved:
- A replacement of the same product will be shipped at no cost
- If unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value
- If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid
If rejected:
The product will be returned with a rejection report. Reasons for rejection may include:
- No defect found
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect washing
Automatic Order Cancellation by Uclano
Orders may be automatically canceled in the following situations:
- Payment authorization failure
- Inconsistent order data
- Out of stock
Refunds initiated by Uclano
- If delivery is impossible due to an invalid or inaccessible address
- If the purchased product is out of stock
In such cases, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
